We process personal information you provide us freely and knowingly. 

You are not legally required to provide such personal information to us.

Inquiries. You can send us your request through any of our contact methods or request that we contact you through our online forms. We may ask you to provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, the location of the workspace you need, how many seats you need, the topic of your inquiry, and the text of your message.

When we contact you following your request, we may ask you to provide personal information such as your profession, workspace preferences and payment information.  

Booking workspace. Using our Website, you can book a flexible office in one of our boutique coworking spaces. We may ask you to provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, the location of the workspace you need, how many seats you need, your profession, workspace preferences, and payment information.

You do not have a legal obligation to provide any of the above information to us. However, you will not be able to use our Website, submit content and inquiries, or sign up for our newsletter, without providing the requested information.

We may obtain information from third parties to enhance or supplement the information we collected from you. We may also collect information about you that is publicly available. We may combine this information with the information we collect from you directly. 

For example, we may obtain information through a third-party social network such as Facebook or Google, or LinkedIn as part of our lead generation campaigns. These services may share certain personal information with us, which could include your profile information, email address, contacts, the user ID associated with your social media account, photo, and any other information you permit the social network to share with third parties. Similarly, when you interact with us through a social media site or third-party service, such as when you like, follow, or share our content on Facebook, or other sites, we may receive information from the social network.
