Over the past few years, there have been numerous innovations in the technology and healthcare industry that have facilitated medical workers in the fields of cancer, patient monitoring, rehabilitation, and much more. To discuss these inventions, we held a face-to-face convention in Tel Aviv – hopefully, the first of many to come in the future.
Hosting our first face-to-face Women’s Health Tech panel event
On April 26th, at our co-working space in Tel Aviv, we were joined by two up-and-coming entrepreneurs: Miri Berger, the CEO and co-founder of 6Degrees, and Roni Singer, the CEO and co-founder of REFEED, for our panel event. Miri Berger is renowned for her work in developing motion-based control over smart devices, while Roni Singer has created a rehabilitation program for patients with diabetes. Both women exchanged their views and ideas at the conference, inspiring and educating the audience about the ways in which we can further develop technology to meet our diverse medical needs.
Kickstarting a brand new wave of face-to-face events
Following the success of this particular event, Urban Place is thrilled to start hosting more face-to-face conventions which the community at large can attend. Bearing in mind the current coronavirus situation in Israel, we’re finding safe and creative ways to organize events that can bring people together. If you’re attending one of our events, you’ll need to have a copy of your vaccination or recovery certificate before you’re allowed to enter.
We’re excited to give you the best meeting experiences you’ve ever had. Looking forward to seeing you again!
