What kind of work spaces are available ?

We have 3 different types of spaces available:
– Executive offices with a fantastic sea view, only one or 2 people per office
– Several closed spaces of one, 2 until 6 persons
– Open space offices

What is included in the renting ?

Wi-fi, electricity, Arnona, household, printings, meeting rooms access, drinking, some food, maintenance, and quietness

How long can I stay ?

For one month minimum. You can test us and decide to stay one month after the other.
If you decide to quit us, you will have to give us a prior notice one month before.

Are there extra services ?

Free access to organized events
Meet other companies in a lounge area during our weekly Happy Hour Cocktail
Book in advance more extra services : consulting in Accounting, Tax System, Law or even more personal services like baby sitters for your children if you have business dinner.

When can I come to work ?

The access is 24/7

Is it possible to work on daily or hourly agreement ?

The basic contract is a monthly agreement or more …. We have decreasing prices for long-term contracts.

Is it possible to rent the boarding rooms only ?

Even if you are not a member you can use the meeting rooms, please contact us for all the facilities.

Is it possible to organize a business event ?

Yes you can and we can organize every steps for you: catering, music, etc …
